Our Quality Control
Joncn always believes that product safety is the cornerstone of patient care. With this belief, we only offer the medical equipment with the quality.
In the industrial processing, we design, manufacture and custom robust enclosures, chassis and complex welding parts.
In the medical world, we customize and manufacture optimum
grade medical device such as our flagship product series medical trolley. Besides, our engineers all have practical experience, which ensure they can design with manufacturability.
When it comes to quality control, we implement strict quality inspections after each production stage to ensure that the final product is perfectly selected in terms of safety performance.
Our testing capabilities cover material process performance, parts testing, high-precision dimensional testing, etc., to meet customers' comprehensive testing needs.

Quality Control in Manufacturing Process
Final Quality Inspection
I.Testing for Raw Materials Importing
Check whether the size, appearance, chemical composition and physical properties of the material meet the standards.
II. Quality Control in Manufacturing Process
FOR ABS MATERIAL:
Step1: Material Checking
Strictly control the quality of ABS resin, applying testing instrument to check samples’ melt index, fluidity, color stability and other key performance indicators.
Step2: Mold design and manufacturing
Perform quality control on mold manufacturing materials to ensure mold durability and accuracy.
Step3: Injection molding process control
Precisely control the parameters of the injection molding machine, such as temperature, pressure, injection speed and holding time, to obtain the molding effect.
Step4: Post-processing process control
Deburr the ABS plastic parts to ensure smooth edges and no sharp parts.
III. Final Quality Inspection
Finished Product Checking
Conduct comprehensive quality inspection on the assembled carts, including dimensional measurement, appearance inspection, functional testing, etc.
Packaging and labeling
Make sure the product's packaging material can effectively protect the product from damage during transportation.
Correctly identify products, including production date, batch number, instructions for use, etc., to facilitate traceability and management.
